Hey Brewers!

I was wondering if anybody is using/has used Inteli Keg system for tracking kegs, inventory, etc...

We're considering making a purchase here shortly and wanted the benefit of hearing anything positive/negative about the product and working with the organization.

So far they have been extremely helpful, informative and seem to have a great product.

Any input appreciated.

We are a smaller microbrewery with roughly 80 kegs, and have been using InteliKeg since March of this year to manage everything related to inventory, pricing, distribution accounts, etc. We self-distribute and needed to find something that is not only easy & very user friendly but also operates on and off-site. Their back-end management and technical support is top notch, and it's always taken care of within an hour or two. Also, suggestions based on interruptions we may run into end up being turned into built-in advancements in the software for future - they cater to individuals needs for sure!

Intelikeg

We are also a small, craft brewery with a similar experience. We found that we could not manage even a small fleet of kegs without error and far more time than necessary. We looked for a simple solution that would interface with Quickbooks and found Intelikeg. Great guys to work with and they had us up and running in 1 day. Our experience has been wonderful. It took us a a short amount of time to fully understand all the features even though they are laid out nicely. Our issue was that we needed to break out of our old habits in the way we used to do transactions and allow Intelikeg to do its job. We took lots of notes on our training day but inevitably needed a little extra help from time to time. The team at Intelikeg was readily available and helped us stay on track. The best features for us: Quickbooks integration, invoicing by email from Intelikeg, deposit management including tap handles and the support; all this on a cloud based platform. We were so impressed that we signed on for their Chiller Tron tank management software.
