We Just Purchased A Used 15bbl System, With A Plastic Grist Case Included. The Frame It Is Cradled In Supports The Auger Motor. With All Slide Valves For Incoming And Exiting Grist Firmly Attached. Not Pretty To Look At, But Gets The Job Done. Can Send Pictures If You Like.

        Holy Toledo........!

Sounds like nohandslance bought the rig we use!

We use a polypropylene surge tank in our process.......aka........a grist tank. We just dont put cracked grain in it. We weigh our 2 Row prior to milling in it. It's not because of the taste, just because of our process.

It works great, and cheaper than stainless. After you run a few batches in it, it will smell like grain anyway. That's not an Engineering definition, but it's my perception.
