"A cold beer is a sold beer!"

Damn, I wish I'd thought of that tag line first.

This type of marketing is actually quite common in Germany. If you go to most gasthaus you will find only one type of pils on tap and a few others (usually from the same brewery). A friend of mine owns a small tavern in Germany and all his lights, tables, coasters are branded with Bitburger pils who of course is the sponsor for his bar.

"Batch brewed to create tastes that are unique"?!?! What the *bleep* does that mean?! Hilarious.

I'm thinking now of maybe putting "Tank brewed for uniqueness" on my tap handles because "Yes, we used a tank to make this beer. Tank brewed beer is a more refreshing beer. We are specialty brewers using tanks, and we are awesome."

I think that means "Poor quality control, so we have no idea what it will taste like".
