Fittings for Sankey D couplers

I'm tearing my hair out trying to find fittings compatible with a keg coupler. They are an odd thread - 7/8 - 14 - better known as 5/8" British Standard Pipe Thread. Micromatic sell many of these fittings, but not the ones I need. Is there any other source for fittings this size?
