Hey all, not sure where this be posted, so I'll apologize early mods.
We need heat for our entire (2900 sq ft. X 12' ceilings) brewery/tasting room. Our building is 1930's exposed brick, concrete floor, and a membrane roof with zero insulation. Our landlord is of course not up to spending any money to remedy the current forced hot air electric heat (we got a quote to add heat strips for roughly $6500.00) even though we are still discussing it with them... In any event, should we have to come up with something on our own, we of course don't want to spend any more money improving the building... We've done enough.
We have a new 208V 3 phase service to the building, and no natural gas, so electric is the only way to go for us currently. I thought of something like this:
Anyone have any experience with a unit like this, would this be too loud when it runs? I'm open to all suggestions.
