Temblor Brewing Company is a brand new Brewery in Bakersfield California which has been developed by a group of passionate beer loving entrepreneurs. We are looking for a sophisticated Head Brewer to oversee and operate a new 20 BBL JVNW brewing plant alongside a 3 BBL plant which will be used for the testing and creation of our flagship beers and more eccentric offerings. The Tentative start date will be May 1, 2015 with a public opening of our sizable bar and simple kitchen planned for September 1, 2015.
The Head brewer will responsible for all aspects of product creation and quality to include brewing scheduling, equipment maintenance, sanitation, inventory management and packaging. They will work in collaboration with the management team and our talented home brewer advisers to create world class European inspired Ales and Lagers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputable craft brewery of size. Credentials and experience with barrel aging are preferred. Communication, Accountability, Discipline and attention to detail are essential. We are a community oriented group of successful business people looking to show Bakersfield what great Craft Beer is!
