    cold room/cooler

    hi, i'm wondering if anyone has advice on how to size a cold room. we're building a 15bbl brewhouse with 5-30 bbl fermenters. we will have a separate cooler for the on-site taproom. we're wondering if there are any guidelines on how to size the cooler that will be housing beer designated for the wholesaler.
