We are looking for an experienced, passionate brewer to join the Three Creeks Brewing Company family in Sisters, Oregon. This position offers the chance of rapid advancement in our expanding company, which includes a 30bbl production facility coming online this winter. Qualified candidates will be proficient in all aspects of brewing including but not limited to:
-Wort production on a 10 bbl JVNW brewhouse AND a 30bbl Metalcraft fabrication brewhouse
-Fermenter and Brite Tank CIP
-Packaging in kegs, cans and bottles
-Yeast handling
-Recipe Formulation
-Inventory management and accurate record-keeping
- General maintenance and cleaning
In addition, qualified applicants must:
-Have 2+ years of experience in either a brewpub or production brewery
-Be able to work alone and as part of a team
-Carry a high level of attention to detail
-Possess great organizational skills
This position reports directly to the Head Brewer.
