Flip Top Bottle Fills

Is anyone in the USA packaging beer in Flip Top style bottles. Is it an automated process or are you sealing them manually..? Looking to package in this format for a 10bbl run for local distribution.

we use them. . not automated, but...

... you get good massage strength. Four people can sanitize, fill, cap, rinse, and recase about 25 to 30 cases per hour.

I would recommend using bottles made by United Bottles. Beware swing tops made in China. We have had terrible experiences.

besides us, there is Rev Nats hard cider (OR), Red Branch hard cider (CA), a few kombucha producers, and Paradox Brewing (CO).

The Yggdrasil is in the kind of bottle you want. Avoid the type that the other two are in.
