Brewing a Berliner Soon and i have some questions

curious to see if i can taste the difference. was gonna brew up some berliner at home for the wife since warm weather is on the way. wouldnt be too hard to split the batch into culture vs. wheat.

are we talking raw wheat? or malted? whole, not milled, right?

I've always used milled unmalted wheat for mine and am very pleased with the results.
