    Hopback Advice

    I'm about to start using a hopback on our IPA for the first time. My whirlpool hop addition was pellets, and I will be switching to cones in the hopback. I was hoping to get some advice on what quantities I should use in the hopback to achieve a similar or hopefully better profile from the whirlpool pellet addition I was using. This is on a 30 bbl. system. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

        we use about 13 pounds per 20bbls
