Leasing fementers and bright tanks?

Looking to lease out our 7bbl fermeters and brights, two of each while our building is being built. What would be a reasonable rate for a lease of these be?? Have two local breweries interested but have no real idea of where to start on the lease price. Can anyone give us some advice on this. Thanks, Ted @ Rising Dawn Brewing

To be honest, if they were my tanks, unless I was going to make enough to virtually buy an additional one after allowing for the expense of relocating, special cleaning, repairs if required - I wouldn't bother. I understand why you might wish to consider it since the tanks are actually pretty small, and therefore not difficult to move, but really, is it going to be worth the hassle?
