    Job Description
    As our Northwest Sales Representative, your primary role will be to increase sales and drive brand awareness within your assigned territory as Three Creeks Feet-on-the-street Brand Ambassador. You will be primarily engaged with establishing, developing and maintaining account relationships with both on and off premise accounts while working alongside our distribution partners to maximize the territories potential.

    Essential Job Duties
    • Present Three Creeks Brewing in a positive and pleasant manner
    • Work closely with other departments to ensure a clear understanding of current and future beer releases, associated styles and company culture
    • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key retailers and restaurants in the territory
    • Assume leadership position in implementing key brewery initiatives with distributors, retailers and restaurants
    • Conduct in field work with sessions with distributor representatives
    • Communicate market trends and relevant sales data to brewery staff as well as distribution partners
    • Ensure that the Brewery’s quality standards are clearly understood and enforced by distributors and retailers.
    • Use VIP data reporting tools to identify opportunities for new or expanded distribution, lost sales, incremental volume increases, and other business insights.
    • Attend all Regional & Brewery Sales team meetings as requested
    • Review and understand all legal restrictions regarding Brewery product in each market and ensure all initiatives are executed within those limitations
    • Ability and willingness to maintain flexible work schedules, as weekend and extended workdays are necessary.
    • Create and execute Three Creeks promotions at current and potential customers, festivals and events
    • Travel Required


    Qualifications:
    • 2+ years relevant sales experience within the craft beer industry
    • In Depth knowledge of the craft beer scene in the territory
    • Passion for and knowledge of Craft beer, styles, brands and the market as a whole
    • Self-Motivated, able to work and deliver results with little direct supervision
    • Proven track record of success in the field of craft beer sales, establishing rapport and trust while overcoming objections and influencing purchasing decisions
    • Demonstrated Time-Management skills, along with the ability to prioritize short and long term projects
    • Results Focused and committed to delivering on objectives
    • Analytical abilities to drive relevant data and use to leverage sales
    • Effective Communicator possessing strong written and verbal skills


    Job Requirements
    • Must Reside within the Territory
    • College Degree or comparable work experience
    • Valid Driver’s License, proof of insurance and clean driving record
    • Reliable Transportation to perform job duties
    • Ability to travel 50% of the work week as necessary
    • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States


    Physical Requirements
    • Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand and arm movements frequently
    • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs routinely and participate in the occasional movement of full kegs
    • Must be able to stand, squat, walk, pull, push, kneel on uneven surfaces
    • Must be able to routinely climb\descend stairs
    • Must be able to walk\stand outside in a variety of weather conditions at events\festivals
