    A quick thank you to Probrewer and it's users.

    Hi Folks
    We've just commissioned a brewery in Wellington, New Zealand, about 1300 Litres (or 10.5 bbl) batch size. Our first batch was kegged last week and is nearly fully sold, and we've three more batches in the works. We've been fairly much relying on Probrewer for technical advice over the last year or so and I really don't think we'd have made it half this far without your help. Big shout out too to Tom Hennessy from Colorado Boy - awesome book which got us started.
