Studio Brew is expanding into Bristol, VA.
The new location is located in the center of downtown and next to a beautiful city park.
It is a very vibrate city and growing quickly.
We installed a 15BBL Brew House with 15 & 30 BBL fermenters with barrel aging, brew pub/tappist tasting room and production brewer
We are seeking a Associate Brewer/Cellar Person to join us on this new journey and be a part of our team.
To work closely with the Owner/Master Brewer & Lead Brewer.
Studio Brew is a young & growing company with an uncompromising stance towards quality with the most sincere devoted obsession towards the art of craft beers.

Requirements:
• 2-5 years of Professional brewing experience
• Able to work odd shifts including working nights and weekends as needed
• Insane attention to detail
• Strong organization skills
• Articulate communication skills
• Obsession towards documentation
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Ability to follow directions clearly and learn quickly
• Experience with safety that is demanded in a brewery including the use of forklifts
• Able to stand for long periods of time on concrete (up to 8-10 hours per day)
• Able to lift heavy material (minimum 55 lbs), walk, bend, stand on ladders
• Able to work with hazardous materials in a safe manner
Tasks:
• Assist with brewing and maintaining the brewery schedule
• Assist Master Brewer with special tasks CIP tanks/kegs
• Accurately prep orders for delivery; load trucks
• Accurately receive and verify orders
• Maintain organization and weekly inventories in brewery cooler
• Maintain bi-monthly raw material inventories
• Prep for bottling assist with the process
• Troubleshoot and report mechanical issues with a fix
• Filter/transfer and fill kegs
• CIP tanks/kegs
• Assure pristine cleanliness in the brewery and follow brewery practices
• Assist with brewery organization
• Assure bar lines clean/help establish bar practices for changing kegs, checking CO2, etc.
• Attend events and festivals
• Other duties not mentioned
Most of all we are looking for someone who can grow within our company and be a key person with Studio Brew working hard to play harder.
