I should have added that the IPA is a 65 IBU calc. So 23 from the first wort addition and another 42 from the WP addition.

Ah ok. Thanks. Right now I'm looking at about 20 ibu from a 75 min fwh, and about 7 ibu from each a 15, 10, and whirlpool addition. 1.054 OG. Brewing it next week. Can't wait to see how she turns out.

Was looking into low temp whirlpool additions and found this small experiment by a probrewer involving both a blinded taste panel and lab determined IBUs. Might be of interest: http://www.port66.co.uk/whirlpool-hopping-80c-vs-100c/
