Wolf Hills Brewing in Abingdon, Virginia, seeks an Assistant Brewer. We currently operate a 7 bbl system with plans to grow into a bigger system in the near future.
We are looking for a cooperative, adaptive, and open minded assistant brewer to assist with all aspects of the operation from actual brewing, CIP, canning, organization, etc. You need to be a driven individual capable of unsupervised work but also work well in a team environment. We offer you an excellent work environment in a great little town with access to extraordinary hiking, biking and outdoor and community activities.
Within the normal operation of standard beers, we offer the freedom for you to express yourself as a brewer to produce beer for the tasting room, barrel and bottle projects.
We would like you to have had some brewery experience but are willing to train the right person.
