books/resource for how parts of a brewery work

So I've only done small scale brewing but after visiting a local small brewery. I noticed that they had brite tanks and serving tanks. Is there a good resource or book on how a brite tank and serving tank works/operates? i've never worked in a brewery so I do not know but want to learn. thanks in advance.

Check out the MBAA Specialty Brewer series. 3 volumes explaining everything from hot side to cold side. Very comprehensive and accessible.

Thanks for this! I've been looking into these series for a bit now and it's good to know they are worth the cash. I think I'll pick them up soon!
