  • Unknown use for a keg

I've seen a few US brewers using a keg on wheels near their FV's, what is this used for? Yeast brink? CIP? The final image in this article shows what I'm talking about: https://bartonchronicle.com/tag/willeys-store/

    Thanks,

That picture looks like it could be a yeast brink being used to rest a kegging/racking manifold on top.

    Prost!

Yeah, it looks like that filling manifold is just resting there. I would have expected a yeast brink to stay in the fridge and be treated more reverently than that, cleanliness being paramount and all. That makes me wonder if it isn't for dry hopping or CIP? Thanks for the reply.
