Especially on a short tube filler. It's hard to see in the video, but there doesn't appear to be much time during filling for pre-evac or purging before the bottle begins filling. The bottle appears to be full by the time it's halfway around.

TPO aside, the lack of any safety shielding around the rinser and filler scares the crap out of me. Bottle explode sometimes. Glass is sharp. Bodies are soft.
