We just bought used Salm equipment and trying to get it up and running. As I now kind of exhausted with identification of the vessels components, I extremely need your ideas about piping inside the tuns.
It is 3 vessels Salm brew house and there are more tubes inside than all other factories equipment. The brewery has wort external heater(oil). At the same time Salm says that their equipment allows to brew by 1,2,3 vessels methods. I would be very grateful if you share any knowledge or ideas what these tubes (1,3,4,5) can be used for.
