Talk to the folks at the local grange and/or farm supply, hang out in a farmer/rancher (look for a sign saying "Stockman's") bar--whatever, you need to meet some stockmen.

What are the other folks in your area doing? I found my guy, a pig farmer, by asking over at another brewery. He comes down about 50 miles to pick up from them and a few others and was always leaving town with room left in his truck. He was more than happy to pick up from us and make the trip worth while.

The other option would be some sort of local composting company, but generally you need to pay them to pick up. I don't like to pay twice for my grain.

Cattle ranchers, the cows love the stuff just don't mix hops in with the grain.
