We're looking to open in about 2-3 years time and are toying the idea of either renting warehouse space, or building a steel warehouse. I have compiled a quick floor plan and was wondering what your recommendations were?

General information:
- 4,800sqft layout, should probably go with 8,000sqft for room for growth
- Location will be on the outskirts of Seattle, WA
- Idea thus far is to do 5BBL brewing system (double batches) with 4 10BBL fermentation vessels and 2 10BBL brite tanks.
- Going to do 5BBL cans and 5BBL kegs.
