Monthly sales, foot traffic question

I'm well aware of the high draft margins and attractive package margins that bottleshops/growler stations enjoy. I don't have a good idea of monthly sales and foot traffic estimates. Can anyone share rough estimates of this?

-Square footage of store
-Seats at bar
-Average ticket
