Training Recommendations Needed

Hi!

I recently got a used Cask line for canning.

I need training on calibrating the seaming process. It is very close, but I am still getting too high of a rate of leakers.

I think I need training. Cask is getting back to me with dates and times and prices. But I thought I would ask out here if anyone can recommend training, either a program or person, that can help me understand the fine tuning better.

Cask is your best bet, provided the time and price works for you. Bill Rose knows those seamers front to back.

I second getting Bill out if it works for you. He will teach you what to do and more importantly what NOT to do
