would something like this be acceptable for measuring wort oxygenation? I have been getting sluggish fermentations and feel that oxygen levels might be the culprit. I only sell from kegs now and don't plan to change anytime soon so I am not worried about DO in packaging as much right now. I appears to measure from 0 to 20 ppm with a margin of error of .4 ppm.
