  • Force carb in old dairy tank questions

Ive found a used dairy jacketed tank available for purchase at the right price and size. It was previously used for force carbonation and reportedly held pressure. I'm starting a small cidery and need a brite tank for force carbonation. It already has glycol in/out connections, pressure release valve, carb stone port, sight tubing, temp gauge, etc. I'm only looking for <2 vol CO2 at ~34F, which would only be a few psi.

What kinds of things should I look for in this tank? Any special considerations with regards to its former life as a dairy tank? Thanks for your help!
