  • Loss from Kettle to final yield when beer is filtered?

Wondering what everyone using a DE type filter is seeing as a loss from kettle to final yield?

Loss from Kettle to final yield when beer is filtered?

Between 10-20% from hot, post boil volumes (allowing for thermal contraction) to final packaged volumes.

Losses of ~10% are found with lower ABV beers that don't have dry-hopping.
