  • Specialty Beer pricing?

    Howdy all,
    I've been approached by a local restaurant chain to produce a specialty beer for them. The production costs will be on par with my current lineup of products. I'm seeking some insight on how much, if any, of an increase over my usual pricing I should be charging them to produce and store this exclusive beer.

    we have done several of these beers for different places I usually tack on 25-30 % to the total cost of making the beer hope this helps

      Dave,

      We did a bunch of these when we first started. I didn't charge any more than one of our regular kegs, but I did make them sign a purchase agreement to buy all the kegs within three months time, for every batch we did.
