  • Kombucha and cross contamination

We are looking into the possibility of doing some kombucha and was wondering what concerns brewers may have and what steps are being taken to prevent cross contamination in breweries that do both beer and kombucha. Thanks in advance!

    Risky

You would need major separation which may not be practical or workable.
    Biochemistry aside....
The one thing that people are not considering about this " drink " is the Aldehyde content which is " not good " and Kombucha is not the panacea that its being cooked up to be as thus.

We are fooling around with a collaboration with a local kombuchery. We where hoping to get their finished product and blend into kombeercha, our spin on a radler. Will we be forever regretting this on a contamination side?
