How many of you fill your mash tun with your full volume of boiling water and make one transfer to kettle? How many of you add water to your mash tun in stages and make multiple transfers to kettle? Note I'm not asking whether you fly or batch sparge, I would assume most of you fly sparge. Absolutely appreciate the responses in advance!
