Sanitary transfer of beer, utilizing sanitary path and proper head pressure.
    Strict adherence to all SOP's.
Operation of centrifuge to clarify beer.
    Racking barrels for packaging.
    Some bottling line experience.

Has experience in largest craft brewery in Southern California, as well as experience in largest production brewery in North Carolina, both of during rapid expansion.

I am looking to further improve my skills as a cellar man and eventually learn my way around a brewhouse. Ideally I am looking for a position in a smaller brewery where my daily duties are more varied, possibly even grain to glass, but I am also open to production breweries who have a strong focus on creative and innovative beers.

I have a resume available for request, feel free to contact me anytime. Thank You!
