    Printer’s Ale is a new craft brewery planning to open in December 2016. We are located in the rapidly growing city of Carrollton, GA, home to the University of West GA (about 45min west of Atlanta). We have a 17 barrel brew house and are in a 50,000+ square foot building to allow for growth. We are in the final stages of installing the brewing equipment and building our tasting room. We are looking for an experienced Craft Beer Rep to join the team on the ground floor and help develop the brand.     DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    The representative will work to develop new accounts and then maintain them. Also, support retail and wholesale outlets. This rep will work with our distributors and management supporting our beer brand in bars/restaurants, liquor/grocery stores/convenient stores and at sports/entertainment venues.
    • Coordinate with management and distributor reps to meet the needs of all accounts (for example: tap handles, POS, etc…)
    • Participate in monthly meetings to establish sales goals, trends, market expansion, and anything else.
    • Help participate in the beer sensory panel.
    • Help develop sales and marketing strategies with distribution partners.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, industry partners, and distributor representatives.
    • Help implement promotions, host events, and help in launching seasonal products. Help establish pricing for new products, and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Merchandise accounts, improve visibility and point of service displays and increase product lines at accounts.
    • Partner with the distributors to promote events, and ensure order placement, inventory control, product delivery, product freshness and growth in established accounts.
    • Assist in special events and festivals.
    • Help out in the tasting room as needed.
    • Potentially help hire, manage, and grow a sales team as we expand.
    • Willing to expand beer knowledge through classes and certifications
    • Willing to help in other areas of the brewery operation when needed.


    QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
    • Excellent & responsive communication skills (including but not limited to: verbal, texting, email, phone, & any other communication application)
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Passion for craft beer and people (seriously this one’s important)
    • A confident, personable personality, with the ability to talk to anyone, and public speaking skills
    • A competitive spirit, result driven, and mature
    • Must Be 21 years or older
    • Excellent problem solving skills (must be able to think outside the box to answer questions and self-educate at times)
    • The ability to multitask, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
    • Can put out fires on their own. (if you don’t know what this means…)
    • Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and clean MVR
    • Ability to travel and work outside normal business hours. Ability to work a flexible schedule including some nights and weekends
    • Excellent computer skills and the ability to use MS Word, Excel, and Power Point software programs (and be willing to learn new software and technologies as needed)
    • 2-5 years of previous sales and (feet on the ground) account management experience in the beer industry.
    • Knowledge of the craft beer market required. On & Off Premise Preferred.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • Meet administration requirements (monthly calendar, e-mail responses, weekly/ monthly reports, and expense reports) on a timely basis or deadlines
    • Ability to lift and move cases, kegs, and arrange point of sale displays
    • Conduct beer tastings, evening promotions and educate wait-staff/bartenders and the public
    • Any other duties deemed necessary
