    DOUBLE NICKEL BREWING COMPANY
    Double Nickel is a new craft beer company celebrating its first year anniversary. We are located in Pennsauken, New Jersey. We have a 30 barrel brew house and are in a 20,000+ building to allow for growth. We have one of the largest tasting rooms in New Jersey. We are distributing in New Jersey and recently expanded into Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We are rapidly growing and are looking for an experienced Craft Beer Representative to join are sales team and develop are Pennsylvania market.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    The representative will work developing new accounts and maintain and supporting are current retail and wholesale outlets. He will work with our distributors and their sales team supporting our product lines in bars/restaurants, liquor/grocery stores/ convenient stores and at sports/entertainment venues.
    Coordinate with the sales team and distributor reps to meet the needs of all accounts (for example: tap handles POS, etc.)
    Participate in monthly meetings with sales staff and the marketing team to establish sales goals, trends, and market expansion. Help develop sales and marketing strategies with distribution partner.
    Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, industry partners and distributor representatives.
    Help implement promotions, host events, and help in launching seasonal products. Help establish pricing for new products, and identify opportunities for growth.
    Merchandise accounts, improve visibility and point of service displays and increase product lines at accounts
    Partner with the distributors to promote events, and ensure order placement, inventory control, product delivery and growth in established accounts
    Assist in special events and festivals
    Qualifications/Requirements

    Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Passion for craft beer and people
    A confident, personable personality, with the ability to talk to anyone
    A competitive spirit, result driven, mature, and excellent problem solving skills
    The ability to multitask, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritize responsibilities
    Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
    Ability to travel and work outside normal business hours. Ability to work a flexible schedule including some nights and weekends
    Proficient computer skills and the ability to use MS Word, Excel, and Power Point software programs
    3 years of previous sales and account management experience
    Knowledge of the craft beer market
    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    Meet administration requirements (monthly calendar, e-mail responses, weekly/ monthly reports, and expense reports) on a timely basis
    Strong problem solving,
    Ability to lift and move cases and arrange point of sale displays
    Conduct beer tastings, evening promotions and educate waitstaff/bartenders and the public
