  • Dry hop lager process- roast me

    Hi folks!

First time post, after a LOT of reading!

I've only used open fermenters before, will this work for an unfiltered dry hopped lager in a unitank?

Let it free rise @75% attenuation
    Dump yeast twice- harvest 2nd
Dry hop near FG through port.
Dump hops, ramp down temp and add head pressure for carbonation.
Lager under pressure for 2-ish weeks
Depressurise tank, add Biofine clear through sample port using a corny, rinse with beer and add that too, re-pressurise.
Dump biofiney beer then package directly from racking arm.

    Does this sound feasible?
i would spund but dont want a volcano when i add dry pellets to it.
    is lagering under pressure ok?
will biofine clear work on carbonated beer?

Thanks lads and lasses, most helpful place in the beery universe.
