    Small brewery ownership % of wholesaler

    Been gone a while...hope everyone is well.

    Question: being in CA, what percentage ownership in a S-Corp could a wholesaler (type 17 license) sell to a small brewer without having trouble with the ABC? Is there a certain percentage that needs to be reported to the ABC?

    Just thinking out loud about tied house laws and the possible answers to the question - how does Big Beer own their distributorships?
