Hi all,
Currently in the final stages of a start up brewery build out. I do not have much need for compressed air in the brewery with my current set up (small load right now - only the pneumatic steam solenoids on my kettle and mash tun and keg washer). That said, within about a year we will be getting a bottling line, but have not decided on a particular line as of yet. We will be getting a line that puts us somewhere in the 60-100 bpm range. If I'm hoping to plan ahead, what size and type of air compressor should I be looking into to be in good shape for my future packaging needs?
Cheers,
Brian
