Multi-Unit Maryland Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for their tap house & restaurant operations in Maryland. High volume, 300 seat restaurant and beer garden on prime real estate. Significant craft beer and beverage program and Chef driven food menu.

Requirements:
1. Passion for the craft beer and restaurant industry
2. 3+ years experience as General Manager of high volume restaurant and tap house
3. Currently employed and operating a tap-house/restaurant facility as a General Manager
4. Understanding of current and future food & beverage trends
5. Proficient with cost control systems
6. Able to recruit and train an incredible management and service team
7. ServSafe Certification
8. Tips Certification
9. Cicerone certification not required but a plus
10. Pass background check & drug test
11 Use of technology on a daily basis
12. Proficient on social media
13. Must be able to re-locate to a city in Maryland
14. Commitment to Excellence
