Hi there,
I'm looking into the possibility of kegging our beer. We can't afford to install a keykeg packaging line as we're only a relatively small microbrewery in the U.K.
Ecokegs look like a good solution and I've heard you can fill them like a cask and condition them in the keg.
Does anyone have any experience with this? How do you fill them like a cask and how do you ensure the correct level of carbonation?
If we were to force carbonate them, what equipment would I need? Also, on that note, if I were to force carbonate the beer in the CT, can you get adaptors from 1" RJT to whatever fittings you need to go into the keg?
Thanks,
Nick
