Well, another gem of a name has come up at my place....after hearing customers whine about me not having a 'proper IPA' on tap, I told my boss I was brewing one. I was stumped for a name until he blurted out "quitcherbitchin".
New name, boss-approved. I can almost see the dialog now:
<customer> "So, when's Rob making IPA?"
<bartender> "He made one. Quitcherbitchin' "
<c> "What?!"

A local brewpub in Ontario has dubbed a traditional golden ale as "Old Time Hockey". No colors and no style. A great way to go. It does lead into some interesting line extensions such as a Belgian triple using the Hansen brothers for promotion.Comment
