Great job, but I just saw video 1. where is your PI situated?
Only arduino mega is in the box?
Also I expected pneumatic rods holding kegs, and spear .. I made something simular where you manually connect couplers and mine washer is semi-automatic so I expected upgrade :-)Last edited by SVR; 03-15-2017, 07:26 AM.

It's great to see the Raspberry Pi being used in more brewery projects.

Truly commercial Arduino keg washer

Here's what it will take
Platform / stainless etc
Arduino
Power supply 28vdc
Pump 120 or 240
Ssr
Solenoids
Pipe ( lots of it)
Tons of fittings
Etc etc
I'm happy to share the code which took me two month to perfect
We waist 2 gallons of water for 4 kegs cleaned. ( I think that's pretty good) but trying to get it down further.
You don't need two heater only one for caustic
Keep away from brass ( swapping to stainless as we speak)
It cost me about $1500 total and that's keeping busy on eBay Amazon and CL.
All I can say is look closely at all three videos and get ready to be focused.
