is looking to hire a full-time Taproom Manager.
Are you a leader with a passion for forming community and relationships around excellent craft beer? Wolf Hollow’s ownership is looking for the team member who will become the catalyst for the next phase of our growth. We are actively building upon the foundation of what Wolf Hollow patrons have come to know and love about our products and our space. WHBC is seeking an enthusiastic person who will engage customers, enhance their tap room experience, and maintain the high expectations for quality and community that is Wolf Hollow’s reputation.
This challenging position will supervise all operations of the WHBC taproom as well as market our products, plan events, and communicate regularly with others in the organization. The Taproom Manager will be responsible for ensuring The Wolf Hollow Experience for all our patrons each time we are open for business through excellent customer service, initiative, and attention to detail. This person will promote the brewery through social media and implementing/integrating the WHBC marketing plan.
The Taproom Manager will lead training for the staff in conjunction with the Director of Brewing and General Manager, make retail sales, and provide tours of the facility. The hours for the Taproom Manager include both private events and our public hours of operation. This person will have record keeping and scheduling responsibilities and needs to have basic computer/technical skills. Interest in and knowledge of craft beer is a must. Experience in retail and handling cash deposits or basic accounting is helpful. Problem solving skills, flexibility, desire to work with people, and the ability to make sound decisions on one’s feet are essential.

The position is full time, with 40 hrs minimum.
Evenings and weekends are required.
Pay will be hourly commensurate with experience.
