Good afternoon folks.
Has anyone bottled cider with a Meheen?
We have a 6 head filler; 330mL bottles.
Would like to keep the carbonation high on this. We currently run about 2.80-2.85 vol.
My concerns are the following:
1) Air levels in the bottle.
2) Amount of cider breaking out before crowning, giving more low fills than wanted...well, the brewing staff would be ok with it, but...you get the idea
Any advice is appreciated.
