Lone Tree Brewing Co. is a small, neighborhood focused, craft brewery in the South Denver Metro area, committed to bringing a wide variety of hand-crafted beers & exceptional customer service to the town of Lone Tree and surrounding neighborhoods. We are looking to grow our family by a Beertender. The position will offer approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential for more in the future. Our ideal candidate would have a love of craft beer and community, be friendly, hard working, dedicated, and possess the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
Required Skills/Experience:
Love of Craft Beer
21+ years or older
Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
1+ years experience working directly with customers in a beer-centric environment
3+ years customer service experience.
Basic knowledge of beer and the brewing process.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Friendly and welcoming personality, positive attitude
Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Proficient with technology (familiar with POS systems)
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for an extended amount of time.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Cicerone Certified Beer Server or higher
TiPS certified
Previous Craft Brewery experience
Desire to learn & grown in the industry
