    Assistant Brewer/Cellarman Needed

    Broomtail Craft Brewery in Wilmington, NC is seeking an Assistant Brewer / Cellarman. Currently this small brewery has a 3 barrel system, double batching each brew day and sells entire production weekly. In June, the new 8.5 brewhouse and cellar will be installed, followed by plans for a 30 barrel brewery in 2018. This position requires an experienced brewer willing to run the brewery Mon-Fri single handed other than part time help with cleaning and assistance with brewing on brewday.
