    Digital Marketing Manager

    The Digital Marketing Manager leads the development and delivery of the Harpoon and UFO social media and online community building efforts across Harpoon Brewery’s digital channels. Responsibilities include managing and evolving Harpoon and UFO’s social media and community building strategies online, paid media and analytics, website content management, and event amplification. This position reports to the Digital Marketing Strategy Director.

    Friend of Harpoon (FOH)

    • Manage the execution of the Friend of Harpoon loyalty program including the management of external partner relations
    • Manage all incoming and outgoing communication from/to target audiences
    • Foster growth of program components and membership including but not limited to:
    o Rewards opportunities
    o Email marketing best practices
    o Database management
    o Audience research and segmentation
    • Understand the interests and behaviors of target user segments and how to effectively engage them through organic and paid strategies
    Social Media
    • Developing, executing and monitoring programmatic media, digital media and paid social media campaigns across all Harpoon and UFO channels:

    o Websites/ecommerce
    o Social Media
    o Friend of Harpoon
    o Promotions & Festivals
    o Harpoon Helps
    o Harpoon owned sporting events (e.g., Harpoon 5-Miler)

    • Analyzing campaign performance and provide regular analysis of content performance and determine trends and recommendations
    • Uncover and recommend new opportunities for Harpoon to activate within digital, social, mobile, and emerging channel landscape
    • Manage the implementation of content across Harpoon and UFO sites and social media content calendars
    • BA/BS in marketing or relevant on the job experience.
    • 3+ years in a digital marketing role, preferably in a consumer-oriented company with direct online marketing experience, including paid social, digital media and programmatic media buying.
    • Experience devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate consumers
    • CMS experience required.
    • Working knowledge of Photoshop preferred
    • Ability to work quickly and independently, with proven time management and follow-through while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Ideal candidate will be passionate about the craft beer industry, doesn’t take themselves too seriously, and embodies the Love Beer. Love Life. mentality.

    I have never used this service, but trust only this software:massmailsoftware platform , there is a very convenient and intuitive interface. I used to underestimate email marketing, but it really works.
