Buchi Kombucha is hiring a Packaging Team Lead
Buchi Kombucha, an innovative craft kombucha brewery 25 minutes outside of Asheville, NC, is looking for an experienced team lead to work on our packaging line.
Packaging Team Lead is responsible for ensuring proper protocols are followed regarding cleanliness, set up and break down of the bottling line, quality control of packaged items, and training additional packing team members. Lead must be comfortable troubleshooting packaging equipment and leading others easefully. Must have experience on a bottling line.
Ideal candidate is grounded, responsible, and mechanically inclined. Must be in strong physical condition, able to lift 50 pounds, and stand all day. Must have a sense of humor, strong work ethic, flexible schedule, reliable transportation, mechanical experience, and work well with others. General Raditude required!
Position starts ASAP and is four days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with the potential for Wednesday hours. Hours are 9 AM until finish, usually around 5 PM. Hours may vary. Hourly pay dependent on experience.
