Prost Brewing Co. in Denver, Colorado is looking for a Brewer with previous brewing experience to add to our team. Here at Prost we make award winning traditional German-Style beers. Our brewhouse is a ~50BBL Ziemann from 1963, 3 vessel system. We produced 7,700 barrels of beer last year, with growth in this coming year. This would be a full-time position starting immediately. A passion for and a familiarity with brewing German styles of beer is a plus.
Responsibilities would include:
-Wort production.
-CIP of fermenters, lager tanks, and brite tanks.
-Transferring and Filtering beer.
-Milling; lifting 25Kg grain bags repeatedly.
-Mild lab work when needed.
-Bottling and Kegging when needed.
-Forklift operation, loading and unloading trucks.
-Driving our Box truck, no CDL required.
-Attending Beer Festivals when possible!!
