    I am an award-winning brewer and fermentation technologist offering consulting services to all breweries, from start-ups to established companies. I have six years of industry experience across four countries. I'm a graduate of the World Brewing Academy (Siebel Institute of Technology and Doemens Academy) and Siebel Instructor, formally trained in microbiology and microscopy and a Certified Doemens Academy Beer Sommelier.
