Location: Argus Cidery, Austin TX
Job Title: Cider Maker
Hours: 40+/week
Job Description:
Fermentation Management
Oversee all cleaning and CIP regiments
Inventory management and procurement
Preparation for packaging and overseeing all packaging staffing
Oversee all equipment, including the ability to troubleshoot and maintain
Aid in building and loading of pallet orders
Requirements
2+ years brewery/winery experience
Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation protocol
Must work in a clean and organized fashion
Passion for cider/beer/wine and basic knowledge
Ability to work on your feet all week
Ability to adapt to working outdoors in Central Texas
Post High School Education
21 years old or older
Must be able to lift 60 pounds
Self Motivated
Must live within a 30 mile radius of Argus Cidery
